     In order to further strengthen the connection between alumni and between alumni and their alma mater, build a platform for mutual exchange and common development, fully mobilize the strength of alumni, and promote the development of alumni and school careers, in response to the eager expectations of alumni, the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand now establishes the Chinese Alumni Association of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand and China-Thailand Cultural and Art Exchange Center. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Institutional Responsibilities and Scope of Work
     The Chinese Alumni Association of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand (China-Thailand Cultural and Art Exchange Center) aims to promote art education cooperation between Burapha University, Thailand and Chinese universities, facilitate academic exchanges and cooperation between the two sides, promote the development of art education, and establish a platform for communication and service for Chinese alumni of Burapha University. The main scope of work is as follows:
     1.1 Actively promote exchanges and cooperation between the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand and universities in China, assist the two sides in signing cooperation agreements, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges at all levels.
     1.2 Recommend outstanding alumni to participate in course teaching, academic lectures, and Sino-Thai art exhibitions and exchanges organized by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand.
     1.3 Serve as the recruitment and publicity organization for various educational programs of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand (including but not limited to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs) in China. The China-Thailand Cultural and Art Exchange Center is responsible for recruiting international students in China and participating in the teaching and management of international students.
     1.4 Assist the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand in collecting and managing alumni information, contacting and serving alumni, strengthening exchanges between alumni and their alma mater, supporting alumni in contributing to the development of their alma mater, national construction, and social progress, and building an alumni network to publicize the achievements of the alma mater and alumni.
     1.5 Carry out other activities in line with the purpose of the establishment of the alumni association.

2. Scope of Alumni
     2.1 All Chinese graduates, dropouts, and faculty and staff who have studied at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Burapha University, Thailand and participated in training and work.
     2.2 Chinese consultants, part-time professors, visiting professors, and master and doctoral supervisors appointed by the college.
     2.3 Other individuals granted membership of the alumni association by the college.
