คณาจารย์พร้อมด้วยนิสิตสาขาวิชาการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานในเมืองจูไห่และเซินเจิ้น สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
นิสิตสาขาวิชาการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนระยะสั้น พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ ได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงผ่านการศึกษาดูงานในเมืองจูไห่และเซินเจิ้น สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการเข้าเยี่ยมชมโรงงานของ BY-HEALTH ผู้ผลิตยาและอาหารเสริมชั้นนำ ซึ่งนิสิตได้เห็นกระบวนการผลิตที่ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติเกือบทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การควบคุมคุณภาพ การจัดการวัตถุดิบ ไปจนถึงการบริหารสายการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ
จากนั้นได้เข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่จัดแสดงพัฒนาการและความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจของพื้นที่ จูไห่–เซินเจิ้น–มาเก๊า ซึ่งช่วยให้นิสิตเข้าใจภาพรวมของการพัฒนาเมือง อุตสาหกรรม และนวัตกรรมในระดับภูมิภาค
อีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญคือการเยี่ยมชมโรงงานผลิตของ Lenovo ณ เมืองเซินเจิ้น โดยนิสิตได้เรียนรู้การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ AI ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล การควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต และการตัดสินใจเชิงอุตสาหกรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
และในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ นิสิตยังได้เข้าชม Shenzhen Cultural Center ซึ่งโดดเด่นด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมร่วมสมัย และมีการจัดแสดงผลงานด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ควบคู่กับกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับฟังการบรรยายด้านการออกแบบจากคณาจารย์จาก Konkuk University และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเวิร์กช็อปเชิงปฏิบัติการตลอดทั้งวัน กิจกรรมทั้งหมดนี้นับเป็นประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนที่ช่วยเปิดมุมมองด้านอุตสาหกรรม เทคโนโลยี และการออกแบบร่วมสมัยในบริบทนานาชาติให้แก่นิสิตอย่างรอบด้าน
Students from the Product Design program participating in the short-term exchange program, together with faculty members, had the opportunity to gain first-hand learning experiences through study visits in Zhuhai and Shenzhen, China.
The program began with a visit to BY-HEALTH, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. The students observed highly automated production systems, covering quality control, material management, and well-structured manufacturing processes.
They also visited a museum showcasing the economic development and cooperation of the Zhuhai–Shenzhen–Macao region, providing valuable insights into regional development, industrial growth, and innovation-driven urban transformation.
Another key activity was a visit to the manufacturing facilities of Lenovo in Shenzhen, where students learned how AI systems are applied to industrial data management, production control, and decision-making processes in modern factories.
Today, the students visited the Shenzhen Cultural Center, an architecturally striking cultural complex featuring product design exhibitions alongside cultural programs. They also attended a design lecture by faculty members from Konkuk University and participated in a full-day hands-on design workshop.
Overall, these activities provided valuable out-of-class learning experiences, broadening students’ perspectives on industry, technology, and contemporary design within an international context.
